Woodside, an Active Adult Community for those 55+ years of age, is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in Mount Vernon, Washington. This development contains 164 homes and is managed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). Each home is stand alone, individually owned, and most are single-level designs. Maintenance of homeowner yards is covered by HOA dues. Amenities include a community lodge with a spacious outdoor patio, large & small parks, a fire pit, and a games court (bocce ball, horseshoes).
